We handle the whole build: survey and design, excavation, steel and shuttering, gunite or fibreglass shell, plumbing and filtration, tiling or plaster finish, coping and deck, then commissioning and water balancing. Drawings are prepared for developer and municipality approval where the community requires it.

How long does a pool take to build?

A standard villa pool typically runs six to ten weeks from excavation to handover, depending on size, finish and approval times in your community.

Do I need approval to build a pool?

Most Dubai communities and master developers require drawings and a permit. We prepare the drawings and submit on your behalf.

Concrete or fibreglass?

Concrete gives you any shape and size and lasts longest. Fibreglass is faster to install and cheaper for standard sizes. We'll advise once we've seen the plot.
